Veritas MBA Alumni Event
On December 17th 2022, the BAC Education Group’s School of Business hosted its first ever MBA Alumni networking high-tea event. This session brought together graduates, faculty members and industry experts for an afternoon of building positive business relationships and knowledge-sharing.
The event kicked off with a welcome address by Dr. Gary Tan (Dean, School of Business and Communication, Veritas University College) who set the stage for the Business Forum that followed. Our panel of expert speakers provided valuable insights on the business outlook for 2023, sharing their predictions and advice for the coming year.
On the panel were Mr. Andrew Yaw, Non-Executive Director of Yew Lee Pacific Group Berhad, Mr. Thillai Raj Ramanathan, CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of BAC Education Group, Mr. Gerald Fernandez, Founder & CEO of 3Quantum Consultancy and TAPRO and Mr. Vishnu Varthana, Head of Operations of Mydin Malaysia.
After the forum, attendees had the opportunity to mingle and network with each other, forging valuable connections that will be beneficial for their future careers. The event concluded with a sumptuous spread of hi-tea snacks and delicacies, which included a selection of savoury and Christmas-themed sweet treats.
Overall, the MBA Alumni networking high-tea event was a remarkable success, providing valuable information and opportunities for our graduates to connect and learn from each other.
